Another Stir-fry
4 chicken breasts, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
½ tsp each, lemon pepper, thyme, Cayenne pepper, coriander,
parsley, Chipotle, chili pepper, and paprika
Sauce:
¼ cup whipping cream
Splash of soy sauce, Worcestershire
1 tsp chicken Oxo
Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken, garlic, onion, red pepper with
spices. Add sauce, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
