Apple Onion Coleslaw
Cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, grated
½ green pepper, chopped
1 apple, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper
3 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp dill
In a large serving bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, green
onions and apple. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, mayo,
lemon juice, and dill. Mix well, pour over salad and toss to mix.
Add salt and pepper.
