Bannock Bites
After Halloween baked Bannock wrapped mini-chocolate bars
Assorted mini-chocolate bars
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
¼ cup sunflower oil, plus extra for brushing
Mix ingredients for Bannock, roll out and cut into rectangles, large
enough to wrap around a min-chocolate bar. Wrap Bannock around
the chocolate bars, place on greased pan, brush with oil. Bake at 375°
for 18 minutes.
