Cacao Carrot Cake



4 carrots, finely grated
¾ cup organic sugar
½ cup olive oil
1½ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup cacao
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt

In a large bowl, combine carrots, oil and sugar. In a large bowl,
​combine flour, cacao, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add
​to carrot mixture. Mix well. Evenly spread into an 8 by 8” nonstick
​baking pan. Bake at 350° F for 35 minutes. Cut into 20 pieces.
