Chicken Casserole
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup mix (Do not add water)
1 or 2 cans cream of celery soup mix (Do not add water)
carrots and celery, chopped
parsley
salt and freshly ground pepper
Gouda cheese, grated
rice
In skillet, cook chicken. Place in large casserole dish with veggies, soup
mix, spices and precooked rice. Mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350°
for 1 hour.
