Chicken Fried Rice
rice, cooked and rinsed with cold water, leftover rice is fine
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
soy sauce
leftover chicken, cut up
vegetables, if desired
In skillet, heat butter. Scramble egg. Add chicken; stir for a minute or two.
Add rice. Stir. Add desired amount of soy sauce and stir. Add vegetables
if desired and cook on medium for a few minutes.
