Chicken Gravy
water
1 tbsp. chicken Oxo
½ tsp each, lemon pepper, freshly ground pepper, salt, thyme, sage
¼ cup flour
Pour ¼ to ½ cup water into small saucepan. Add chicken Oxo, and spices.
Turn heat to high. Whisk flout and a bit of water in small bowl. When
water in pan reaches a boil, whisk in flour and water. Reduce heat to
minimum and simmer for 15 minutes.
