Chicken Salad Sandwiches
4-5 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (354 ml) Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger root, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
bread
mayonnaise
Marinade chicken in bottle of Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce overnight.
Cook chicken in skillet and chop chicken to smaller pieces. Mix with
mayo, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger. Place in between slices of bread,
cut as desired.
