Chicken Stew


​4 chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
mini potatoes, quartered
4 or 5 carrots and celery ribs, chopped
peas, cauliflower and mushrooms
2 or more cups chicken broth
¼ cup flour whisked in ½ cup cold water
1 tsp each, cilantro, salt, white pepper, and thyme

Cook chicken with garlic and onions. Add broth, potatoes, veggies and
​spices. Simmer for ½ an hour. Stir in flour and water and simmer for
​another 15 minutes
