Cakes, Cupcakes and Muffins
Moist Chocolate Mug Cake
¼ cup unbleached flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp organic sugar
1/8 tsp salt
¼ cup plus 1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
In medium bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Whisk in oil and milk.
Pour into large microwave safe mug. Place a spoon of peanut butter on top.
Place a sheet of paper towel under mug and microwave on high for 70
seconds.
