Chocolate Fudge
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
Spread nuts on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
to toast; cool.
In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate with milk. Take off heat and
stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Chill
for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 4 dozen.
