Chocolate Quickies
½ cup butter
1 cups sugar
½ cup milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix butter, sugar, milk and cocoa; cook until boiling. Boil for 1 minute.
Take off heat and add oatmeal, coconut and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by
teaspoons onto wax paper. Keep in fridge.
