Crab Dip
1 pkgs (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cans crab, drained and rinsed
½ cup grated mozzarella
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp dill
¼ cup green onions
few slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper and lemon & herb spice
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream. Mix in
remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator
for an hour or two before serving. Can be served with assorted crackers,
nacho chips and sliced vegetables.
