Dirt Pie
1 Lb. (453 g) Oreo cookies, crushed
¼ cup butter, room temperature
250 g cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup icing sugar
4 small instant chocolate pudding packages
6 cups milk
1 liter cool whip
Combine butter, cream cheese and Icing sugar until smooth. Blend in
crushed cookies. Add chocolate pudding and milk. Beat for a minute
or two using low setting. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for 3
hours before serving.
