Egg Salad Sandwiches
1 egg for each sandwich
mayo
green onions, chopped
dill, chopped
green onions, chopped
salt and pepper
bread
Hard boil egg(s) by placing egg(s) in a saucepan of cold water,
enough cold water to cover the egg(s.) Bring to boil and boil for
8 minutes. Drain water and run egg(s) under cold water. Tap egg(s)
with spoon and, using spoon, remove shell(s.) Mash egg(s) with fork.
Add desired amounts of the remaining ingredients, stir and place
desired amounts in between slices of bread or toasted bread.
