Fiesta Meatballs
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
½ cup salsa
¾ cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper
Mix hamburger, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 1 inch meatballs.
Cook in large skillet. Mix together salsa, water, soy sauce, dry mustard
and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer for an hour.
