Gravy for Fries
In bowl, whisk together:
1 cup cold water
¼ cup flour
In sauce pan:
1 cup water
2 tsp beef Oxo
½ tsp chicken Oxo
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Cayenne pepper, cilantro, parsley, paprika, turmeric, lemon
pepper, white pepper, and thyme
Bring to boil. Lower heat and whisk in flour and water. Simmer for
10 minutes, whisking occasionally.
