Hallelujah Roast Beef
Roast beef
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 packet of Knorr dry au jus gravy mix
1 tbsp butter or margarine
¼ cup water
Dash of pepper
¼ cup chopped onions
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Pour water into slow cooker, place roast on top. Sprinkle seasoning mix
and gravy mix. Top with butter or margarine, onion, garlic, and pepper.
Cook on medium for 5 to 6 hours. Pull roast apart. Mix meat back in the
slow cooker for 30 minutes, strain juice if you wish first. Serve on Naans,
bread, or tortillas.
