Hamburger Soup
1 pound hamburger
2 cups macaroni or pasta shells
2 cans tomato soup, 2 cans of water and 1 litre of beef broth
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
2 or 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
pinch of crushed chilies
salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and basil
In a large sauce pan, cook hamburger until brown. Add tomato soup,
water and onion soup mix. Bring to a boil, then add other ingredients.
Reduce heat to low to medium and simmer for about an hour.
