2 cups shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1 can crab, rinsed
1 tsp crushed chilies
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 round loaf of Pumpernickel bread
Combine 1st 6 ingredients. Cut a thin slice from the top of the
Pumpernickel loaf. Hollow out the loaf. Fill hollowed loaf with
mixture. Place top slice of loaf back. Wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with reserved bread cubes,
crackers and chips.
Can freeze crab and cheese mixture ahead of time. Defrost
before placing into bread loaf.
