Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 ½ cups unbleached flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup organic sugar
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
3 ½ cups oatmeal
1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325°. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. In a medium
​bowl, Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a
​large bowl, butter and sugar for 4 minutes, add eggs 1 at a time,
​beating in between eggs. Continue to beat another minute.
Reduce speed of beater and add dry ingredients. Add oatmeal and
​chocolate chips. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place on pan(s)
​and bake for 20-22 minutes.
