Pancakes and Waffles
Pancakes
2 tbsp butter, melted in measuring jug then top up with
milk to 2 cups
2 eggs
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Heat butter in skillet
and reduce heat to medium. Using an ice cream scoop,
scoop out desired amounts of batter onto skillet. Once
pancakes start to get a little bubbly, flip. Heat other
sides a few minutes. Serve with bacon or sausages,
eggs and syrup. Adding chocolate chips, cinnamon
chocolate chips or apples and cinnamon to your batter
works well. Adding ¼ cup pumpkin puree and spice also works.
