Peanut Butter
Cookies
Mix:
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup shortening
¼ cup butter or margarine
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 1-3 hours. Roll into
balls and place on ungreased baking pan. Flatten down slightly, with hand.
Bake at 375°F for 9 minutes. These cookies are soft. Enjoy!
