Peanut Butter Muffins

1 cup unbleached flour
​½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup organic sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Becel Vegan butter (dairy free)
1 cup rice milk, soy milk or almond milk
2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
​Cut in peanut butter and butter. Stir in milk and eggs. Spoon
​into 12 paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 375° F for 15-20 minutes.
