Apple Curry Chicken

¼ cup flour
1 ½ tsp curry powder
2 tbsp butter, divided
1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp butter, divided
1 each onion and apple, cut in wedges
1 cup chicken broth
1 ½ cup frozen veggies of choice
3 tbsp mango chutney

Combine first 2 ingredients. Dredge chicken in mixture; shake off excess,
​reserving mixture.  In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter.  Brown
​chicken. Set aside.  In same skillet cook onion and apple in remaining
​butter for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Stir in remaining flour mixture;
​cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil, stirring, 2
​minutes.  Add chicken and heat through.  Serve over rice.
