Butter Chicken

2 ½ lbs chicken, cut into small pieces
1-2 tbsp each cumin seeds, cayenne pepper, turmeric, paprika, and
​ minced ginger (1 tbsp. for mild, 2 tbsp. for spicy.)
1 can tomato paste
3 tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
½ cup water
½ cup whipping cream

In large skillet, cook chicken with cumin, cayenne, turmeric, paprika, 
​and tomatoes. Add tomato paste, garlic, onion and ginger. When cooked,
​add water and whipping cream. Add fresh or frozen vegetables, if desired.  
​Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
