Chicken and Angel Hair Pasta

2 tbsp Olive oil, divided 
2 chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
1 carrot, sliced diagonally
1 cup broccoli, fresh or frozen
2 cloves garlic, minced
​12 ounces angel hair pasta
2 to 3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp basil
freshly ground pepper
lemon pepper
¼ cup grated desired cheese, using finer side of grater

Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in wok or skillet. Cook chicken about 5 minutes until
​done, stirring often.  Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.  In
​same skillet, heat remaining oil.  Add broccoli, carrot and garlic, cook
​for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, begin heating water for pasta. Cook pasta
​according to package directions. Add chicken broth, basil, and pepper
​to skillet.  Stir to combine. Return chicken to skillet and add cheese.  Reduce
heat and simmer.  Drain pasta.  Add to chicken skillet ​and vegetable mixture.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
