Eggsagna

Lasagna Sheets, ready to use
​12 eggs
1 cup milk
salt, pepper, lemon pepper, parsley, and cilantro
1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
5 mushrooms, diced
8 slices of bacon, precooked
½ cup desired cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375 °  Whisk all ingredients except the lasagna sheets,
​cheese, and bacon, in a large bowl. Pour enough of the mixture to cover
​bottom of 12 X 8 casserole dish. Layer lasagna sheets over the mixture,
​followed ​by more of the mixture. Repeat and add slices of bacon and cheese. ​
​Cook for an hour and let rest for 10 minutes.
