Quiche


​Crust:
1-1/3 cup flour
1-1/8 tsp salt
½ cup butter
2 or 3 tbsp water
Whisk, pour in casserole dish, and chill for 30 minutes.

Filling:
Pre-cooked bacon
5 eggs
¾ cup milk
¼ tsp thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup cheese
celery, chopped
green onions, chopped

Whisk together filling ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 375° for
