Scrambled Eggs with Ginger

6 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk or rice milk
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp dried, crushed chilies
1 tsp turmeric
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp cumin

Whisk together ingredients. Heat butter or soy butter in skillet. Add
