Pumpkin Banana Bread

3 cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup ground Flax seed
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp each, nutmeg, ground cloves and cinnamon
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup each, pumpkin puree and mashed, over-ripe bananas
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup organic sugar
2/3 cup water
2 eggs

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans or 3 sets of mini-loaf pans. Combine flour,
​sugar, baking soda, salt and spices. Add pumpkin, bananas, water, oil
​and eggs. Beat until well combined. Pour or spoon batter into prepared
​pans. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour if you’re baking loaves, ½ an hour if
​you’re baking mini-loaves.
