Salsa Chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup green onions, chopped
½ onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
4 to 6 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
½ jar salsa
In medium skillet, heat oil. Cook onions and garlic for a few minutes.
Add chicken, cook for a few minutes. Add salsa and cook for a few
minutes longer. If wish, simmer for a bit. Serve over rice or noodles.
