Scott’s Sausages
Cook:
sausages
½ onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
Add:
¼ cup sherry
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 tsp each paprika, coriander, crushed chilies, parsley, basil,
Cayenne pepper, freshly ground pepper, and thyme
½ cup pasta bows
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
