Sex in the Pan
Base:
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ cup butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
3 ½ cups cool whip, divided
6 oz. Pkg. chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1 oz. Milk chocolate, shaved
Combine pecans, flour, sugar and butter. Press into 9-16 inch pan.
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, icing
sugar and ½ of the cool whip. Spread over the cooked base. Beat
pudding mix with milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate
until set. Cover with remaining cool whip and garnish with shaved
chocolate.
