Spicy Chicken Fingers
Marinade:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
splash of cider vinegar
2 tbsp ginger, minced
4 cloves, minced
Seasonings:
½ cup flour
1 tsp each black, white and lemon pepper
1 tsp each turmeric, cumin, coriander, crushed jalapeno peppers,
and crushed chilies
2 tsp Mrs. Dash, Italian
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1 egg, whisked
4 chicken breasts cut into strips
1-2 cups oil
Place chicken strips in marinade. Cover and leave in refrigerator over night.
Combine ingredients for seasonings. Dunk chicken strips in egg then into
seasonings. Deep fry in wok.
