Meatballs
Spicy Meatball Soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cans tomato soup
2 cups water
2 tomatoes, diced
5 ribs celery, chopped
Combine in slow cooker on medium heat. Form into small meatballs
and cook in skillet or in oven at 375° F for 30 minutes.
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp each, parsley, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
Place cooked meatballs into slow cooker with soup. Add macaroni,
rice or lentils if desired. Simmer for about 4 hours.
