Stuffed Zucchini
4 zucchinis, halved and cored
½ lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
green onions, chopped
1 tbsp Italian Mrs. Dash
¾ cup Havarti cheese
¾ cup feta cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper
In skillet, cook ground beef, garlic, green onions and spices. Add cheese
and cook on low for 15 minutes. Place zucchini halves on baking sheet;
stuff with ground beef mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
