Tater Wedges


​6 potatoes, washed and cut, lengthwise, into wedges
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive or sunflower oil
other desired spices​

Place potato wedges in large bowl. Cover with water; add salt and let sit
​for 15 minutes. Drain, place wedges in between sheets of paper towel and
​pat dry. Toss wedges with oil and seasonings.

Suggested Seasonings:
1 tsp each, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon pepper, parsley, cilantro,
onion ​powder,and garlic powder (garlic plus from Club House works well.)

Bake at 425° F for 40 minutes. Flip wedges after 20 minutes. Serve with
​salsa, sour cream, mayo or ketchup.
