Party Snacks
Tuna Salad Sandwiches and
​Tuna melts

1 - 2 cans of tuna
1 or 2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tsp ginger root, peeled and chopped
1 to 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 to ¼ cup of shredded cheese

Combine all ingredients. Add as much mayo as you would like. Cover
​and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Spread between your chosen
​bread, crackers, etc. For TUNA MELTS: add more cheese, spread on
​tortilla wraps. Roll up and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
