Tuna Salad Sandwiches and
Tuna melts
1 - 2 cans of tuna
1 or 2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tsp ginger root, peeled and chopped
1 to 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 to ¼ cup of shredded cheese
Combine all ingredients. Add as much mayo as you would like. Cover
and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Spread between your chosen
bread, crackers, etc. For TUNA MELTS: add more cheese, spread on
tortilla wraps. Roll up and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
