Turkey Noodle Soup
2 turkey breasts, chopped in small pieces or bits of left over turkey
½ white onion, chopped
1 tbsp ginger root, chopped
4 cups chicken or turkey broth
2 cups soy ginger broth
desired veggies
Chinese style Wuntun noodles, Broken into 1 inch lengths
lemon pepper, freshly ground pepper, sage, coriander and salt if preferred
In large saucepan, cook turkey with onions, garlic and ginger. Add
broth, veggies, noodles and spices. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
