Whole Wheat
​​Soy Pizza Crust

​​​​1 pkg. yeast
1 cup hot water
¼ cup soy flour
2½ cups whole wheat flour, separated
1 tsp sea salt

In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast in water and let sit until foamy.
​Add soy flour, 2¼ cups whole wheat flour and sea salt. Mix well.
​Knead in bowl to incorporate all the flour. Cover with plastic wrap
​and let rise for 45 minutes. Sprinkle ¼ cup whole wheat flour on work
​surface and roll out pizza dough. Top as desired. Bake at 400° F for
​15 minutes.
