Will’s Tuna Dip
Temptuna
1 can tuna
2 heaping tbsp mayo
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup grated cheese
dash of desired hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp each, paprika, Cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, thyme and ground
bay leaf (newest discovery is using 'Louisiana Hot and Spicy Dip Mix'
from 'Victorian Epicure' www.epicureselections.com instead of, or as
well as the other spices.)
In small bowl, combine and microwave for 1 minute to a minute and a half.
Serve with nacho chips, pretzels and/ crackers.
Alternative: Add some cooked chicken.
