1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Butter, melted
1 (250 g) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
Combine first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar together
until smooth, on low. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour over crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Run knife around rim of pan.
Cool thoroughly at room temperature. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with lemon and lime candies, if desired.
